Cubs Start Cleaning House
Yet another disappointing season for the Chicago Cubs. And it seems like the Cubs organization is starting to do some house cleaning. Manager Dusty Baker was dismissed in a new conference today, one day after Cubs president Andy MacPhail resigned. Speculation is that the Cubs are going to pick up Florida Marlins manager Joe Girardi who is expected to be fired on Tuesday. Sounds to me like we're replacing one losing manager with another losing manager.
